Delivery Details
So that we can get your order to you as quickly as possible, please make sure your address details have been entered correctly.
Please also provide a mobile number if possible so DPD can update you regarding delivery times.
How long will my order take?
Sample pack orders are delivered by Royal Mail, these can take between 2- 5 working days to arrive. The packs are sized to fit through a standard letterbox box so in most cases no special delivery arrangements are required. Please be aware that Covid19 is still affecting certain Post Office sites and this may mean your delivery is delayed.
Food orders ordered before 1pm are dispatched weekdays only on a next working day service (Mon-Fri). However some deliveries can take up to three working days to arrive. If you order by midday on a weekday is is likely we will dispatch the same day and you should receive your order the next working day.
Food orders are delivered by DPD who will provide you with delivery information and tracking details via email and text message. You can arrange safe place and delivery amendments through the DPD system.
A Royal Mail 48 hour option is available for smaller orders.
DPD have extra precautions in place to protect their staff and their customers from Covid-19. This includes a ‘drop at door’ service if you require a contact-free interaction.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver within most of the UK for free if you spend more than £20. For purchases under £20 the delivery cost is £5.95.
(DPD Deliver is weekdays Monday - Friday.)
There are some harder to reach areas where deliveries incur an extra charge. These areas are:
Northern Ireland (2-5 day delivery)
Scottish Highlands (2 day delivery) – AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
Scottish Islands (2-5 day delivery) – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
The delivery costs for these areas is £11.95 for orders under £39 and £5.95 for orders over £39.
Deliveries to any addresses outside of the UK mainland including Channel Isles and Isle of Man are at the discretion of Walker & Drake, please contact us on: hello@walkeranddrake.com to request this service.
